分析：Circle拉黑Zama cUSDC合约幕后推手为Patagon，其已对Overnight提起民事诉讼
BlockBeats 消息，5 月 30 日，链上侦探 ZachXBT 进一步披露，据其了解，Circle 将 Zama cUSDC 合约地址列入黑名单造成约 1260 万美元资金被冻结的原因与美国一起民事诉讼案件有关，Circle 应当接收了美国法院的执法通知。此外，Zama 团队似乎事先并未收到 Circle 冻结的通知，而且原告可能向法院错误陈述了冻结地址与 Zama 合约的关联。
该民事诉讼对 Overnight Finance 提起，原告之一为 Patagon Management，这是一家以恶意 DAO 接管和 RFV 掠夺协议而闻名的实体。Zama 用户将因这场法律纠纷被间接波及。
