「特朗普账户」即将正式上线，首年预计为美股注入300-500亿美元增量资金

「特朗普账户」首年预计直接为美股注入 300-500 亿美元增量资金，后续家庭与雇主每年可追加最高 5000 美元/账户，长期将持续带来数百亿乃至更多稳定资金流入，形成长期买盘支撑。
「特朗普账户」又称 530A 账户，由美国总统特朗普于 2025 年 6 月 9 日基于「大而美」法案授权设立的延税投资账户计划，为 2025 年 1 月 1 日至 2029 年 1 月 1 日出生的美国公民子女设立政府资助储蓄账户。「特朗普账户」的初始资金主要来自于政府拨款、私人捐助以及家庭存款。联邦证明将为每个账户提供 1000 美元的初始资金；戴尔创始人迈克尔·戴尔夫妇去年 12 月则宣布捐赠 62.5 亿美元，将为 2500 万名区域家庭收入中位数低于 15 万美元的儿童开设账户，每个账户注入 250 美元；父母、朋友和其他特定人士也可以向指定账户存款，但每年最多可以为每个孩子存入 5000 美元。
投资层面上，「特朗普账户」将仅限于投资追踪「标普 500」指数等广泛股价指数的低成本投资基金或交易平台交易基金（ETF），不能用于投资特定产业指数或特定板块指数。资金在使用层面同样受限，在孩子年满 18 岁成为法定成年人的当年 1 月 1 日之前，账户中的资金不得以任何理由提取（除非孩子过世或资金转移到另一个类似的受限账户）。「特朗普账户」暂定于 2026 年 7 月 4 日（美国独立宣言发表 250 周年纪念日）开始接受首次存款，恰为 2026 年中期选举启动前夕，预计将成为共和党争取选民的重要政策「杀招」。
