ChainCatcher 消息，Galaxy 发文称，今年三月，纽约州最高法院悄然受理了一起诉讼，该诉讼旨在确认与 39,069 个比特币地址关联的超过 370 万枚比特币（约合 2,740 亿美元）的所有权，其中包括属于比特币创始人中本聪的地址（共 21,744 个地址，持有 109 万枚比特币，按当前价格计算价值 837 亿美元）。原告是 Noah Doe（化名）以及两家未具名的怀俄明州有限责任公司，Noah Doe 请求纽约州最高法院根据纽约州失物招领法（《个人财产法》第 7-B 条）通过宣告判决诉讼（《纽约州民事诉讼规则》第 3001 条）宣布他们拥有这些休眠的地址。
