Prometheum押注华尔街渠道：代币化证券真正缺的不是技术，而是「分销」
BlockBeats 消息，5 月 25 日，美国数字资产基础设施公司 Prometheum 宣布推出面向券商与注册投资顾问（RIA）的数字经纪解决方案，允许传统券商账户直接提供代币化证券及加密资产交易、托管与清算服务。
Prometheum 联合创始人兼联席 CEO Aaron Kaplan 表示，加密行业已经解决了「资产代币化」问题，但尚未解决「分销」问题，导致大量链上证券产品无法真正触达主流投资者。
Kaplan 称，目前已有数百亿美元代币化证券发行在链上，但缺乏传统券商渠道支持，难以实现大规模用户覆盖。「如果代币化资产无法进入投资者已经在使用的券商体系，那么代币化只是一个没有市场的解决方案。」
Prometheum 正押注华尔街传统金融机构将主导下一阶段链上金融发展。该公司目前拥有 SEC 注册、FINRA 成员资格的完整牌照体系，覆盖发行、交易、托管、清算与结算等环节，并于今年 5 月加入 DTCC（美国存管信托与清算公司）代币化工作组。
Prometheum 表示，未来数月还将有更多券商与 RIA 接入其基础设施，并计划推出面向大型机构发行人的链上分销合作。Kaplan 强调，资本市场的未来将逐步「上链」，但关键并非取代现有金融体系，而是通过更快结算、更低成本与更广分销能力，对现有体系进行升级。
