Coinbase 获 CFTC 16页不作为函授权：Coinbase Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: $COIN) 官方宣布，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）已向其下属机构 CFM 发布 16 页的“不作为函”（no-action letter）。授权 CFM 能够通过其此前以 29 亿美元收购的外国交易所 Deribit FZE，正式向美国机构客户提供 BTC、ETH、SOL 及 DOGE 等“数字商品”的永续合约与期权。该函件同时允许客户直接将数字资产和稳定币转至 Deribit FZE 作为保证金。
