高盛CEO驳斥AI「就业末日论」：AI将提高生产率，创造新岗位
BlockBeats 消息，5 月 26 日，高盛集团 CEO 所罗门在《纽约时报》撰文表示，市场对于 AI 引发「大规模失业潮」的担忧被夸大，美国经济仍将像过去工业革命与互联网时代一样，通过技术变革创造更多新岗位。所罗门表示，高盛预计未来 10 年 AI 或自动化约 25% 的现有工作时长，白领行业如银行、会计与法律等岗位将受到较大影响。斯坦福研究显示，软件工程与客服等高自动化岗位的初级职位招聘已较低自动化行业下降 16%。
不过，其指出，AI 同时也在创造新的就业需求。例如，自 2022 年以来，美国数据中心建设已带来超过 20 万个建筑岗位。高盛自身也可能减少部分合规与开户岗位，但会增加银行、交易与资管等面向客户岗位招聘。所罗门认为，AI 更可能提升生产力，而非直接消灭 25% 的工作岗位。他表示：「技术进步与文化变化并不同步，能够被替代，并不意味着一定会被替代。」其同时呼吁政府与企业共同推进大规模职业再培训，以应对 AI 带来的劳动力结构变化。
