AI 招聘初创公司 Dex 完成 530 万美元种子轮融资，Notion Capital 领投
ChainCatcher 消息，AI 招聘初创公司 Dex 宣布完成 530 万美元种子轮融资，由 Notion Capital 领投，a16z Speedrun、Concept Ventures 以及来自 OpenAI 和其他公司的天使投资人参投，累计融资达 840 万美元。
Dex 由前 Atomico 顾问 Paddy Lambros 创立，定位为“AI 人才代理”，聚焦 AI 研究员、软件工程师等高端技术人才市场。目前已有超 15,000 名工程师注册，服务包括 ElevenLabs、Synthesia 等在内的 50 余家科技公司。其产品通过语音或文本与求职者交互，结合 OpenAI、Anthropic 等模型构建候选人画像，并通过匹配引擎直接对接招聘方。Dex 不向企业销售软件，而按招聘成功收取候选人薪资的 20%-30% 作为费用。公司表示，自 2025 年底开始收费以来，年化收入已达约 180 万美元，并有望在年内实现盈利。
