Strategy提议将STRC股息发放频率由每月一次提高至两次
BlockBeats 消息，6 月 2 日，据官方公告，Strategy 宣布正提议将旗下 STRC 优先股的股息发放频率由目前的每月一次调整为每月两次（半月派息）。公司表示，若该提案获得批准并正式实施，将有助于缩短股息再投资等待时间，提升市场流动性和交易效率，并增强股价稳定性。
Strategy 称，股东可通过所在券商账户对相关修正案进行投票。在投票过程中，代理征集机构 Alliance Advisors 可能会与股东取得联系，协助完成投票程序。该机构为 Strategy 授权合作伙伴，负责本次股东投票相关事务。
此外，Strategy 提醒同时持有 MSTR 普通股和 STRC 优先股的投资者分别对两类股份投票支持该提案。根据公司披露，只有在 MSTR 和 STRC 两类股东均批准的情况下，该修正案才能正式生效。
