Ripple拟牵头发起10亿美元XRP财库计划
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 30 日，据彭博社援引知情人士消息，Ripple 正牵头推进一项规模至少 10 亿美元的融资计划，拟通过特殊目的收购公司（SPAC）设立一家专注于持有 XRP 的上市财库公司。
报道称，该实体将利用募集资金持续增持 XRP，而 Ripple 预计也将向该财库注入部分自有 XRP 持仓。相关交易条款仍在讨论中，最终方案存在调整可能。
若成功落地，这将成为目前已知规模最大的 XRP 财库计划。市场分析认为，此举将测试机构投资者对于 XRP 财库模式的接受度，以及数字资产财库公司模式能否从比特币进一步扩展至其他主流加密资产。
目前 XRP 市值约为 1380 亿美元，是全球市值排名前列的加密资产之一。今年以来，XRP 累计涨幅约 13%。
值得注意的是，随着加密市场近期波动加剧，部分数字资产财库公司股价表现承压，市场也开始关注同类模式是否面临需求饱和。不过，若该计划最终实施，或将为 XRP 带来新的机构买盘来源，并进一步强化其资本市场叙事。
